Kate Cheema
CFN, REPs
My career has been a diverse one however, since taking a career break to raise my three daughters, I have qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports therapist but also worked in Sport Nutrition. This followed on to me gaining a General Nutrition Diploma, which has been my real interest since then. I’ve had a love of cooking from an early age and combined cooking and supporting families to make quick, low cost nutritious meals.

With a wealth of knowledge in Sports Training, Weight Management and Diabetes, I believe I can make a difference to your individual health and wellbeing with a few lifestyle changes.

At Windsor Wellbeing Centre with our wealth of experience, both personally and professionally, we can offer support on all aspects of nutrition and wellbeing.

I have worked with many clients over the years just like you who feel overwhelmed , by the constant juggle of modern life and mixed media messaging. My job is to work closely with each client to help focus on making hugely positive changes and support with motivation and education.

Windsor Wellbeing Centre is all about maximizing your health during a variety of life stages, to help achieve your personal goals through workshops alongside your individual Nutritional Programme. We monitor your own goals by health measurements and readings.

I hold a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. The degree included detailed studies on areas such as anatomy and physiology, metabolic dysfunction of disease, pathophysiology of named conditions and biochemical functions of the body.

I hold a membership of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), a professional body for Nutritional Therapists in the United Kingdom, as well being regulated in the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
