With our wealth of experience, both personally and professionally, we can offer support on all aspects of nutrition and wellbeing.
My career has been a diverse one however, since taking a career break to raise my three daughters, I have qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports therapist but also worked in Sport Nutrition. This followed on to me gaining a General Nutrition Diploma, which has been my real interest since then. I’ve had a love of cooking from an early age and combined cooking and supporting families to make quick, low cost nutritious meals.
With a wealth of knowledge in Sports Training, Weight Management and Diabetes, I believe I can make a difference to your individual health and wellbeing with a few lifestyle changes.

BSc NT, mBANT, regCNHC,
Over many years (too many now I care to remember) I have worked with many, many clients both young and old, who feel overwhelmed by the constant juggle of modern life and all the mixed media messaging they recieve.
My job is to work closely with all of you and help you to refocus on making hugely positive changes with my support and motivation and your re-education.
Let us listen to our bodies, make informed decisions and filter out unhelpful information.
I hold a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. The degree included detailed studies on areas such as anatomy and physiology, metabolic dysfunction of disease, pathophysiology of named conditions and biochemical functions of the body.
I hold a membership of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), a professional body for Nutritional Therapists in the United Kingdom, as well being regulated in the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

BSc Hons Psychology and Communications
Our modern way of life has changed the way we see ourselves, interact with each other and the world around us. Our lives are faster, more complex than ever before, driven by technology that has enabled us to connect to each other, access information, news, opinions and images whenever we want. For many of us the challenge is how to manage these distractions, noise, accessibility and endless choice that can make us feel overwhelmed, vulnerable and stressed, impacting our mental health and wellbeing.
I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and Communication which initially led me into the Marketing sector before I took a career break to have my three children. For the last ten years I have worked in primary school education supporting children with their cognitive, emotional, social and behavioural needs. I am passionate about mental health and in my role as Wellbeing Coordinator I work with children, parents and staff to raise awareness and teach skills enabling individuals to build their own emotional toolkits to help navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead. My aim is to boost self-awareness, confidence and resilience with a positive, flexible mindset that promotes growth and fulfillment.
I regularly give talks to parents across a range of issues such as anxiety, stress, positive body image, friendships and sleep and provide coping strategies to help support both parent and child. I work individually with children offering space to simply ‘be’, to talk, create and re-connect inwardly to understand themselves, explore emotions, identify strengths and areas of vulnerability to be their authentic self and engage positively with life. I have a Level 3 certificate in Counselling – CPCAB and am a Mental Health First Aider and Wellbeing Practitioner.
